Talk about great customer service from when I called Saturday to schedule a visit with Spencer being on call that day to Monday when Morgan called me first thing in the morning to get me on the calendar for the very same day! I truly wasn’t expecting to get helped until a week or so since it’s been so hot and I’m sure there are other client needs that take priority. Spencer also was able to show up earlier than anticipated and walked me through my whole system and showed me what they go through on the diagnostic. Even though this is by far my expertise I felt like a learned a little something. Turns out that I needed a little cleaning and a charge of refrigerant plus he recommended a few products to add to my system that I will be adding at a future time since the way he explained it made perfect sense. In addition, I signed up for the monthly maintenance plan that every homeowner should do to provide the much needed longevity of your A/C system in Texas! “Spencer from Hey There Air was absolutely fantastic in his work. He was very much a person who engages with your questions and is happy to tell you everything he knows about your A/C system. Very nice and professional guy. He even showed me a few tips and tricks of certain ways to be able to diagnose issues with the unit myself. The repairman from another company I had come out last year did no such thing for me. I hadn’t really decided on any particular HVAC repair company to do business with on my home before now, but I’m definitely going to keep Spencer and Hey There Air at the top of the list! As well, he used my backyard hose to clean off the outdoor unit and nicely coiled it up after he was done with it. And I guarantee you it’s way nicer than how I had it coiled when he got there! They do definitely have some extras you can buy for your system that, in my opinion, are a little much. But they might be better options for bigger families or people with asthma.”

“Had a second opinion for a concern about a possible AC leak by Wiley Faulkerson. I’ve been with the previous company for 2 years but it seems like something changed with their practices. I knew I needed a second opinion so glad I was able to get Wiley as my technician.
