He went above and beyond by taking me along during the service appointment and showing me everything he was doing and even educated along the way. At the end we sat down and went over several options that would address the findings and he didn’t just try to upsell the highest ticket item he provided more affordable options. This felt a lot more genuine than the first company that came out and not so sales gimmicky. Also had a much better pricing for a higher grade replacement option which ultimately provided me and my husband more peace of mind. Safe to say I’m ditching the first company and switching to Hey There Air for my hvac replacement and annual maintenance plan!”
